Emergency Bloody Mary

Great ideas are always a result of need... I know there is a much better of saying this but this is what comes to mind when, the other day, in an emergency, we made a delicious Bloody Mary using Champagne Ketchup. Cleary, necessity is the mother of all inventions! 

In a cocktail shaker, mix together 3 or 4 tablespoons of Champagne Ketchup with fresh lemon juice, vodka and a dash of freshly ground pepper. Pour over ice.
