A delicious and simple salad is all we need for a summer lunch. My new favorite has Bibb and Arugula lettuce, grilled lemon shrimp. fresh figs and tomatoes and a few crumbles of gorgonzola, just enough to give it creaminess but not too much as to overpower all the other flavors. Dressed with Alberquina Olive oil and ready in about 10 minutes flat. That is it.- To drink? Rosé of course!
