Baked eggs are the perfect dish for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We make them using our Red and Green Chili Piri Piri and bake them in a hot oven until the eggs are done. We like a solid white and a runny yolk. A buttery baguette to mop up juices and a green salad is all you need for a perfect meal.
In an oven dish, pour one jar of either Red or Green Chili Piri Piri, make an indentation with a spoon and crack an egg in the space. Season with salt and pepper and bake in the oven until the sauce is bubbly and the egg is done. About 10-12 minutes. Serve hot.
