Green Chili & Baby Potato Salad

A great potato salad recipe is essential in your repertoire. And this one is going to be your favorite because it is so easy to make and so delicious. 

To make, mix equal portions of Green Chili Piri Piri and Classic Lemon Mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. (Our sauces are naturally low in sodium and a little salt helps the flavors pop). Chill until ready to serve. Boil colorful baby potatoes in salted water and mix with the sauce while warm for the potatoes to absorb the flavors. We added diced green, yellow and red peppers for extra crunch, flavor and color. 

Serve at room temperature as a side dish or as part of a summer buffet.
