Making Eggs Benedict at home, once considered practically impossible, is now made super easy by using our Classic Lemon Mayonnaise.
Simply heat a jar over a double boiler, add 2 tablespoons of melted butter, stir well. Hollandaise done! Keep it warm until ready to serve.
To make Eggs Benedict, toast the English muffins, top with slightly sautéed spinach, pile on a few slices of smoked salmon, poach the eggs and cover with the warm Hollandaise Sauce. Mom will be so impressed!
