Green asparagus mark the beginning of spring. I love them seasoned with olive oil and gently grilled. Serve them with our Hollandaise sauce for a perfect first course or a side dish. To make Hollandaise sauce, warm over a double boiler a jar of Classic Lemon Mayonnaise, add 2 tablespoons of melted butter and stir will. Season with salt and pepper. (Our sauces are naturally low in sodium) and keep warm until ready to serve.
