Turmeric Cauliflower Steaks with Romesco Sauce
There’s nothing like roast cauliflower. Here we added our Almond & Garlic Romesco for a burst of flavor and coated the cauliflower with turmeric to make a dish as beautiful as it is delicious.
1 head cauliflower
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon turmeric
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup Almond & Garlic Romesco Sauce
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1.Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.Carefully slice the cauliflower into ½” steaks trying to keep the slices as intact as possible. Brush with olive oil. 3.Season well turmeric and then salt and pepper.
4.Roast for approximately 40 minutes until well browned.
5.Serve on Romesco sauce, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
