Turkey Salad with Tarragon and Grapes
This is a vibrant and fresh way to enjoy your leftover Thanksgiving turkey that takes no time to assemble.
3 ½ cups leftover turkey, diced
½ cup Fine Herbs Mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
1 heaped teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
¼ cup green seedless grapes, sliced in half lengthwise
¼ cup celery, finely diced
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
Butter lettuce for serving
In a large bowl mix all ingredients except lettuce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
When ready to eat, serve on butter lettuce, on its own or in a sandwich. It is a versatile salad that can be enjoyed many ways.
