Sweet Potato Fries
These sweet potato fries are perfect for serving alongside our Sherry Ketchup and Classic Lemon Mayonnaise. Wonderful as a side dish or salty snack, you can dip them whichever way you like best.
6 sweet potatoes (1 lb.), peeled and cut into 1/2" by 1/4" fries
Vegetable oil for frying
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
Fill a large stockpot or Dutch oven with oil and bring to 375F. Fry 1/3 of the potatoes at a time 4-6 minutes per batch until golden brown.
Remove to a paper towel lined baking sheet and sprinkle immediately with seasoning. Repeat until all batches are fried.
Serve with ketchup and mayonnaise for dipping.
