Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Spinach Artichoke Dip

Serves 6-8 

This is the perfect party dip. Served warm, the combination of buttery artichoke, rich spinach and creamy garlic mayonnaise is heaven. Enjoy it with our flatbreads which add the perfect crunch. 

Ingredients: 

18 oz. quartered marinated artichoke hearts, 2 cups drained (chopped) 

1 cup frozen spinach, defrosted 

8 oz. cream cheese 

½ cup Parmesan 

½ cup Roasted Garlic Mayonnaise 

¼ cup sour cream 

Sea salt and pepper 

Flatbread Crisps for dipping

Method: 

Preheat the oven to 350F. 

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well then season to taste with salt and pepper. Make sure that all the cream cheese is mixed in well and not in large clumps. 

Spoon dip into an oven-proof dish and bake 10-15 minutes until warmed through. If you want a beautifully browned top, broil for 1-2 minutes before serving. 

Serve with Flatbread Crisps.
