Red Chili Piri Piri Chicken Thighs

Red Chili Piri Piri Chicken Thighs 

Serves 2 

This meal is slightly spicy and perfectly comforting for a weekday meal. Our Red Chili Piri Piri Sauce adds just the right amount of heat. 


2 tablespoons olive oil 

4 boneless and skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite sized pieces 

1 onion, thinly sliced 1 red pepper, sliced 

1 cup sour cream 

1 cup Red Chili Piri Piri Sauce 

½ cup chicken broth 

Chopped fresh parsley for garnish 


In a large skillet, heat the oil and fry the chicken for approximately 5 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon to a plate. Next fry the onion and red pepper until just beginning to soften, approximately 5 minutes. Return the chicken to the skillet and add the sour cream, piri piri and broth. Increase the heat and stir well until all is combined and heated through, approximately 3-5 minutes. Serve warm garnished with fresh parsley.
