Perfectly Dressed Burgers
What better way to dress a burger than with our gourmet ketchups and mayonnaises. Choose the perfect pair to suit your tastes but might we recommend our Champagne Ketchup and Classic Lemon Mayonnaise as a classic combo to start.
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck (80/20)
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
Oil for grill/grill pan
4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
4 brioche rolls
Classic Lemon Mayonnaise
4 slices beefsteak tomato
4 boston bib lettuce leaves
Crunchy dill pickle slices, optional
Line a baking sheet with wax paper and divide your beef chuck into 4 portions. Form each portion into a hamburger patty that is slightly larger than your brioche buns. Then season each hamburger generously with salt and pepper.
Heat a grill or grill pan to high heat. Brush grill/grill pan with oil then add burgers and cook for about 4 minutes per side. Add the cheddar cheese after the you flip your burgers to allow time for it to melt. You can also cover your grill or grill pan for one last minute to melt the cheese.
As burgers are cooking, toast your buns. Dress finished buns with Classic Lemon Mayonnaise and Champagne Ketchup. Top to your liking with tomatoes, lettuce and pickles.
