Herb Crusted Halibut with Tartar Sauce

Serves 2

Tender flaky fish and a crunchy, savory crust make this a delectable dinner for two. Fall in love with our gourmet mayonnaise!

Tartar Sauce

1 jar Fine Herbs Mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

3 tablespoons minced cornichon

1 teaspoon champagne vinegar

1 tablespoon Roasted Garlic Mayonnaise

Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper

Herb Crusted Halibut

2 halibut filets

Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper

2 tablespoons Roasted Garlic Mayonnaise

½ cup panko

1 lemon zested

2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

2 tablespoons melted butter

Lemon slices for serving

Preheat your oven to 450F. In a small bowl, mix the ingredients of the tartar sauce and season to taste with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper. Refrigerate the sauce until you’re ready to serve.

Season both sides of your halibut with salt and pepper. Then place them on a baking sheet. Spread the Roasted Garlic Mayonnaise in a thin layer on the top of each filet.

In a small bowl, mix panko, lemon zest, parsley and butter. Stir to combine. Then press your panko topping on each filet until it covers the top. Bake for 10-12 minutes until your fish is opaque and just flaking. Serve with lemon and tartar sauce.
