Coleslaw with Fine Herb Mayonnaise
A fresh and fun twist on a classic coleslaw brought to life with our Basque inspired Herb Mayonnaise.
1 fennel bulb, cored and sliced paper thin
3 cups finely shredded red cabbage
4 baby zucchini, shaved into ribbons using a potato peeler
3 tablespoons finely chopped dill
3 tablespoons Fine Herb Mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and season to taste. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
